I’m really happy that I attended a meeting tonight about a fix and flip that I’ve been waiting to hear about for some time.  This investor friend of mine is a very vibrant person and so interesting to listen to and learn from. The entire fix and flip process was amazing, but what was more amazing is how home staging is very important to sell your home, and that this investor will always use a home stager for her properties.
