The dining room includes the table and 4 chairs and the bedroom would include the headboard, mattress set, nightstand with lamp and a dresser and mirror.

Prices vary starting at $2750 up to $6050 and up, depending on the home size, and is the total for a three-month rental. Some home stagers charge by the square feet of your home $1.50 to $4, and yet others charge individual prices by the size of the room. For example, if your room is 10ft x 20ft, the price for this room is $120. Consultations for occupied homes start at $50 and up.
